You should buy liners with bigger diameter if you have 2.25 liner try 2.5 and 3″ liner material
you could also try different lubelike vaseline jelly

“Solution to pop off issues and receiver not pulling close enough to base: first make sure liner is not too tight. I had to increase to a 2.5 from 2.38. First insert erect penis into lubricated receiver without large hose connected. Next, turn unit on and run slowly – at the pace of air in and out every second. Last: with erect penis in proper fitting receiver and machine running as stated… Push receiver to base of penis- then hold large hose “near” receiver port (slightly touching). You will feel the air either push receiver off or pull it on. When it is about to pull on…. Connect large hose completely. You now have lots of suction and should be stroking very close to base. Now all you have to do is add air to lengthen stroke if you want. Works super fast and holds completely! Air out button will work the same but you may have to press it lots (I mean lots) to match the speed and effectiveness at which the above method works. Theory: erect penis inserted into the closed system increases internal system pressure which needs to be released. Hence, method above!!! “

this the same I did years ago and have been using Venus since 2001,
I use 2.5″ and 3″ liner and this has worked great for me.
With the these size of liners I can also masturbate for hours without becoming sore. And yes ABCO should offer textured liners.

No the device just keep running without any problem and the only maintenance has been in buying regular new liner material
I use most often oil based lubricant vaseline. Other then that end caps and one receiver tube.
Both the gear motor and diaphragm are in fine condition after 17 years.

What I find is that ABCO usually deliver the receiver with to small diameter in the liner material.
When using Venus the penis get more swollen and bigger and the lube is squeezed out from between the liner and the penis
and the penis is run dry and rubbing the liner material which can be uncomfortable.
I would suggest that you try another type of lube and also order a liner material with bigger diameter then the one you
are using now.

I am uncut and been using Venus over 16 years. Think that you use too tight liner and would recommend that you order a wider liner material that is the next size wider in diameter.

I’m a long time owner of Venus or over 16 years and noise has never been a problem. I use mine in the bed room with door closed and I have never had a concern when using Venus as it is almost soundless at lower speed which I always prefer. I often use mine while wife and kids are at home.
At lower speed sound is barely noticeable.
You could have a folded blanket over it kills most of the sound and this way, any noise will be reduced to the minimum. And you don’t have to worry about muffling it.

I have had mine for 16 years bought Venus2000 in April 2001 and I have been using her 1-3 times a week over the years.
I like using Venus at slower speed and love the intense sensations and pleasure she gives me.

Venus is a well made product and excellent investment that has paid for itself many times over.

I would suggested that you need a liner material with wider diameter. Buy also a cap with 2 air valves.
Maybe you could also have longer receiver.
