I can see where that could work if the lamp can extend forward enough. The ones I’m familiar with bend up and down more than they extend out though so it would seem hard to get it close enough.

Yes I know that it wouldn’t be able to match strokes. However my experience makes me think it’s not necessary. Speed + on/off would probably be good enough. Your brain does a lot to make sense of the inputs it receives even if they are not perfect. If you are focused on the video (say in VR) and not looking at the receiver’s movement your brain will compensate for a lot.

That’s great Robert. I think what I’d like to see made is a replacement controller for the power/speed that was blutooth. That way you could attempt to script the movement via a PC or other device to match a video.

It’s hard for me to imagine being over 2 inches off in your measurements. If the receiver is significantly longer than you it’s probably going to be hard for it to be adequately supported. You might need a cell phone holder or something to help stabilize it.

If you don’t hit the end cap you are likely fine. But I’d say ideally you’d like to have another 1-2 inches to decrease the likelihood of the end cap valve getting clogged.

What do you think about just using electrical or duck tape wrapped around the threaded part?

I’m having the same trouble. It’s getting harder to connect the hose/cap.

I will try going up a liner size. I’ve tried the ID Glide and Fleshlube (from Fleshlight) which both seemed OK and similar. Is there another brand you recommend more?
