I guess it would have been helpful to explain why it failed.

I created a mold using a 3d printer, but forgot to make any provision for releasing the liner from the mold after it set. So I damaged the liner whilst breaking away the mold. I have made a new mold which is split down the middle and bolted together. I will let you know how it goes.

Dip molding sounds like an interesting thing to investigate though, I will be interested to hear of the results. I imagine experimenting with the shore hardness would also be interesting, there is probably a sweet-spot of hardness vs strength needed.

I’ve made a harness that resembles the “girl on top” position. Its a very simple design consisting of a clamp which holds two legs. The legs are then tethered together using a belt.

When in use the receiver follows an arc motion which is closer to a more natural movement.

Making an entrance using an old fleshlight works, but the fleshlight material is a little sticky/tacky. TPE seems to be better and you can get a Doc Johnson “The Tube” cut to size and hold on with zip tie: https://www.amazon.com/Doc-Johnson-Tube-Masturbator-Clear/dp/B0027CU1MQ

But even this is not ideal as the inner diameter is small 20mm (0.78in) which means its a bit tight on the receiver and doesn’t want to stay on (hence the zip tie) and for me it grips the foreskin too much instead of sliding.

The best mouth is one I made myself from SmoothOn EcoFlex 00-10 which is custom shaped and sized.

I’ve made a similar kind of valve before for Venus using a patch of round rubber and a bolt. But the best valves I have found are duck bill valves which you can buy on Ebay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/302841651412
