    When using the Venus..it is preferable to be shaved? That is your pubes and shaft? Does the System work better?

    completely shaved all the way is the way to go! and a lot more cleaner and confortable.

    shaved is definitely beneficial… venus sometimes gets overzealous and starts tugging on some pubes if they get too long

    Smooth is so much better. I have had my pubes lasered off. long pubes get caught in the receiver. I think you will prefer smooth

    A small dab of lube onto your pubic hair will prevent Venus from tugging on your pubes on the down stroke. No need to shave unless you want to. Actually pubic hair serves a cushioning function as well.

    I shave mine everyday,much more comfortable and cleaner.
