This is a recurrent problem, which is obviously made worse when the end caps are clogged, but it happens even with new end caps.

When I remove air from the system, the suction is good and the receiver stays on. However, after a few seconds or minutes, the section diminishes, as if the system is leaking, and the receiver does not stay on.

I can’t see any leaks in the obvious joints, so I wonder if there is something worn inside. I’ve examined the diaphram and it looks new and seems tight. I can’t see anything else that would wear to cause this problem.

    Thanks

AIR IS LEAKING IN SO YOU JUST NEED TO FIND WHERE , RECEIVER , MACHINE DIAPHRAM , HOSES OR AIR BOX . ONE GUY FOUND THE STEM ON RECEIVER LEAKING . YOU CAN MAYBE PUT A LITTLE PRESSURE ON LIKE RECEIVER AND USE SOAPY WATER . PINCH THE SMALL LINE WHEN YOU GET ENOUGH SUCTION TO ELIMINATE AIR BOX .
