can you ejaculate in it and just keep going and ejaculate again or do you need to stop to clean it in between?

You can keep going if the ejaculations occur in the same session. I would clean it out if it will be awhile until the next session, dry lube, etc can get gummy and clog the end cap valves if left unattended. If the tube gets too full of liquids it might be wise to let some drain out or it will slip right off
