Follow these steps before sending your Venus for Men to Abco Research Associates for return:

• Please clean your unit before returning.
• Return only the machine, air box, powercord, and remote control.
• Please do not return OPENED receivers, pumps or massagers. Only unopened accessories in their original packaging should be returned.
• Packing the Venus for Men in the original shipping carton is highly encouraged. If the original packaging is not available please package your Venus carefully. Damage sustained as a result of improper packing could result in additional funds withheld from your refund.

Return Shipping:

• UPS Ground in the best shipping method to return the Venus.
• If you are returning from Canada please remember the country of ORIGIN is USA , the Venus For Men is MADE IN THE USA.

Refund and Return Details:

• We do refund the day the machine comes in or the very next day, It may take up to a week for the bank to post this refund to your account.
• We do NOT refund for shipping in EITHER direction.
• We do not refund for any additional accessory items purchased and opened.
• The RETURN fee is $186.00 against the actual purchase price of the Venus Package itself after any discount.
• Packages returned from OUTSIDE the USA – we reserve the right to hold a $300.00 fee for 8 weeks to cover any possible brokerage/tax/duty fee bill that may be presented.
  Any difference will be refunded to you after that time.
