Measurements Required for a Custom Fit
When ordering a Venus or any attachments, you’ll need to provide some quick measurements at checkout to ensure you receive the best, custom size.
Measuring Instructions
Please furnish all measurements in inches, accurate within a quarter inch.
To take circumference measurements (C1 – C4):
– Use a string or something soft and flexible
– Measure around the penis (like a belt goes around your waist)
– Lie string flat on a ruler and note the size
If you can get an erection easily:
Provide full set of measurements for erection.
C1 = Around the head of penis at biggest point
C2 = Where the head meets the shaft
C3 = Half way down the shaft
C4 = Shaft one inch from the body
L = Base to tip along the top
If you can sometimes get hard:
Provide the same full set measurements as above, plus C4 flaccid.
Please note: If there is more than 3/4 inch difference between C4 erect and C4 flaccid, you should consider adding a second receiver.
If erections aren’t possible:
Provide your C4 measurement flaccid, and give us your best possible length measurement.
Give Venus a Try
Our exclusive 45-day trial offer allows you to explore the Venus for Men in a comfortable, private setting. Simply select the Venus Package at checkout and pay in full. If you keep the Venus, no further transactions are necessary.
When your package arrives, enjoy your Venus for 45 days at your leisure. If you wish to return your Venus, call or email us before the end of your trial period for a return authorization number. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Upon return receipt of your Venus, we’ll refund the cost of the Venus Package minus a $186 return fee. Beyond the Venus Package, any additional attachments and accessories purchased are refundable only if unopened.

Warranty
Venus has a two-year limited warranty on the power unit, air control box and remote control. Under normal conditions, it should last for years without any problems. Physical damage is not covered. All Venus attachments are warrantied to be free of defects when shipped. Should you encounter a problem with your Venus, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide by United Parcel Service (UPS). Weekday orders received by 2 p.m. Central Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders are not processed or shipped on
the weekends.
USA UPS Service – Venus is shipped FREE via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states. This map represents Ground Shipping delivery days from our location in Illinois. Number
of delivery days does not include your shipping day. Next Day Air orders received after 2 p.m. on Fridays will ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Please note:
A physical address is required to ship by UPS, unless you wish to pick up the package at the nearest UPS Customer Counter. You will be required to have a photo ID and the tracking number to pick up the package. If you cannot be home when your package arrives, we would encourage you to ship to a UPS Customer Counter, friend or business first. If this is not possible, we will ship to a P.O. box for a $50 service fee.
