I guess it depends on what you mean by fast and slow . . . most of my sessions are between 30 and 45 minutes so it needs to be kept on quite a slow speed to last that long, and that is what I prefer. Having said that there have been times when even on a slow speed I have been struggling to last 15 minutes, so have agree that the slow sensual stroking is the best 🙂
