Venus during stroke not collapsing on stroke

I have had my Venus for several weeks now. I enjoy it but am not able to reach orgasm. From watching the stroke video, the video shows the receiver collapsing on the down stroke on the tip above the penis. My receiver does not collapse. What can I do to remedy this. I might get more sensation if the receiver collapses above the penis head.

The liner collapses tighter with the more air you put in. Try putting air in until it almost pops off. I find if the head comes out more then about 1/3 it will pop off.

Not sure..try a dry condom on tubing and insert penis into condom.
