When flaccid, my penis is very small. As arousal builds during masturbation or fellatio, it extends to a length of about 4 1/2″ to 5″ and becomes semi-erect (smooth and extended to its full length, but not firm enough for vaginal or anal penetration). My question is: If I submit measurements taken when semi-erect, will the tube be able to grasp my flaccid penis and draw it in so that it can be stroked?
