At least that’s what I guess it is. Has 2 flex points with springs to hold it up. They make it TOTALLY adjustable to different positions for use as my best yet hands free hanging system. I use 4-5 heavy {about 1/4 inch wide} rubber bands hooked together like a chain to hang the receiver from it with. They try to pull it off while the V2K tries to stay sucked on. With careful air control I can work all of or any part of my shaft. Nice having “junk” laying around sometimes.
