This may be a first for the forum. I had an ED problem and received a penile implant in April, 2013. My penis is still the same (no lose of sensation) but I can always get an erection by squeezing an internal pump. A saline solution enters on both sides of the penis, taking the place of the blood that normally makes the penis erect. My surgeon says the machine will be safe to use but I would like hear this from a user with an implant. Venus 2K should arrive Monday. I would never use the enhancement option.
